Ate here with some friends. It was slow and the waitress was.... I want to say confused. She didn't act like she knew what she was doing and was a bit odd. The food here isn't worth going for. Use to be good back in the day. We won't be back.

We went to TGI Fridays this afternoon. Our waiter (Dave) was excellent but the rest of my visit will give me cause to not eat here again. First, I went to the restroom while the rest of the group I was with were seated. The women's restroom was a mess. There was no soap in the dispenser, paper towels on the floor, the garbage was overflowing. When I "flushed" I easily noticed the stain or dirt on the wall begin the lever to flush. The most offensive thing was the smell. I thought I was in an outhouse. The smell was horrific.
I had ordered a 2 for $14.99 which included broccoli and mashed potatoes. However, Dave allowed me to get two servings of broccoli instead of the potatoes. When my meal arrived 1/2 of the broccoli was bad, like in brown and tasted bad. Dave asked the kitchen to replace it. Unfortunately, 1/2 of that was the same, rotten.
After eating another person in our party went to the ladies restroom (after we saw a worker go in and figured she was going to clean it) and said nothing had been cleaned and agreed about the horrific smell.
Lastly, I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. -

LeRoy: Well I think the overall atmosphere is nice. The waitress was very pleasant. The ribs were five star. I would recommend the food here.
Katie: It took a little while to get our food but once it came out my burger was juicy and very flavorful. The broccoli was also very flavorful even with just the lemon. Lastly I will say the menu is not very Whole 30 friendly. It's also a little chilly so wear a coat.
Caitlin: I ordered a side salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was hot and the salad was crisp. -

Update. Went on a Thursday little over a month later. SAME scenario, but worse. It's awful. Save your $$. Your time. Your energy from this place. Watched three bills get comped around me because of errors and lack of service. I paid and vowed to never return.

As someone who's worked in the industry for near 18 years... Sloppy. Sloppy. Where's the manager/training of your staff? I'm sure I'll return but just beware on sunday -
